About Us

In her role as Office Manager and Registered Dental Assistant at Infinite Smile Dental Inc., Dina brings over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She utilizes her extensive background, patient interaction skills, and teaching experience at Carrington College to manage the front office, coordinate patient treatments, and ensure seamless overall care for patients.

Dina’s passion for her work is evident in the relationships she builds with patients and her colleagues. After completing the Registered Dental Assistant program at EDEN ROP and Fresno City College, Dina went on to teach in the RDA program at Carrington College. She values the genuine connections she forms with each patient and enjoys being part of a team with a shared goal - helping every patient feel happy and confident with their smile.

When she's not at the office, Dina enjoys spending time with her family, playing bingo, and cheering on the 49ers and Warriors.

Axel is passionate about helping people through meaningful interactions that allow him to educate and assist patients. Encouraged by a friend to pursue a career in dentistry, he quickly grew to appreciate the field after earning his certification.

At Infinite Smile Dental Inc., Axel’s primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, checking in patients, confirming appointments, and scheduling over the phone. He also assists Dr. Kau during procedures, observes, and helps with the preparation and cleaning of patient rooms. As Axel continues to gain experience, he looks forward to taking on additional responsibilities to support Dr. Kau further.

What Axel enjoys most about his job is the positive work environment and the opportunity to work with his supportive colleagues. His favorite part of the role is assisting Dr. Kau, as it allows him to learn and improve in the field. Axel is always striving to enhance his skills and grow professionally.

Outside of work, Axel enjoys hitting the gym and listening to music, which is an essential part of his daily routine. On weekends, he spends time catching up with friends or gaming with online pals.

Cassidy, the daughter of Dr. Kau, grew up in a dental environment, which inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and is currently working towards a degree in dentistry at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Due to her academic schedule, Cassidy works at Infinite Smile Dental Inc. during her breaks.

At the practice, Cassidy enjoys learning about different dental procedures and techniques while building relationships with patients. Her responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, recalling patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and managing insurance billing. Additionally, she handles the office's social media, creating content, logos, graphics, and flyers. Cassidy also assists in treatment rooms when needed, working closely with Dr. Kau. She appreciates Dr. Kau’s compassionate and understanding nature and enjoys being part of a team that shares the goal of providing the best care for patients.

Outside of her studies and work, Cassidy loves spending time with her dog, Cooper. She has a passion for arts and crafts, including drawing, painting, sculpting, embroidery, and crocheting. Cassidy also enjoys baking, cooking, and creating artwork for the office.

Isabel has always known that healthcare was the perfect career for her, as she deeply enjoys helping people. With over 11 years of experience in the dental field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role.

Her primary responsibilities include assisting Dr. Kau, providing patient care and education, and coordinating care. Isabel is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health and its impact on overall well-being. She finds great satisfaction in knowing that her work makes a meaningful difference in the community.

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys cooking, baking, and organizing. She also loves spending time outdoors, especially camping and hiking.

Jay found her calling in dentistry after exploring several paths in healthcare. Jay is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who uses clinical skills and a friendly personality to ensure every patient feels comfortable and relaxed during the appointment.

Jay's daily tasks include chairside assisting Dr. Kau during the appointment, taking x-rays, and keeping the treatment rooms sterile and ready for use. Working directly with people during procedures is her favorite part of the job, especially when she can help a patient feel at ease before the patient leaves with a confident smile.

When Jay is away from the practice in Pleasanton, CA, Jay loves spending time with family. Jay also keeps busy by going to car shows and hitting the hiking trails.
