Switching to a new dental office was scary but the Infinite Smile team has been such a wonderful transition! It's a beautiful office with beautiful people! Definitely feel very comfortable here :) Dina has been extremely helpful in the process! Keeping it real while also understanding things financially! We took our 2.5 year old son for his first dental appointment. Ms. Dina was amazing, she made it look so easy. She engaged really well with our son who usually does not allow us to touch his teeth. I desperately needed work on my teeth, Dr. Kau and all her staff all are so professional and courteous. I Hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time, Dr., never once made me feel uncomfortable. After my cleaning and exam, I have done my best to keep up my oral health. I believe if I did not experience the care I received, I probably still wouldn’t care about my teeth as I do today.

I discovered Dr. Kau’s clinic under a desperate situation. I had a bad fall and needed emergency dental care asap. I showed up at Dr. Kau’s clinic Saturday morning without appointment and Dr. Kau looked at my situation and took me in immediately. I am very grateful that Dr. Kau was not only able to provide the treatment immediately, she treated me with lots of care and compassion. During my treatment, Dr. Kau patiently explained my treatment and listened to my concerns and addressed them. I knew I was in a good handle to handle my dental crisis. All the staff in Dr. Kau’s office are also amazing. I was well taken care of by everyone in the clinic. Special shoutout to Dina who is super caring and always makes me feel better even when I have broken teeth.

Office is very nice and clean. Relaxed environment, and offers multiple options for anti anxiety treatment for dental work! Staff are always super gentle and cautious with regards to their work. Going back to get some heavier work done and they are already made plans to help with my anxiety so its as comfortable as possible. 10/10!
Going back for part 2 of my work with less anxiety knowing im not gonna be in pain during the work! Very excited and grateful to find a dentist that cares about your whole wellbeing.

I absolutely love Dr. Kau and Dina, office manager/RDA, Lauren, Shannon, and all of the staff at Infinite Smile Dental. They have been so welcoming and have helped me to feel calm especially I feel anxious going to the dentist. They even gave me a stress ball to hold in the shape of a tooth and Dina held my hand. And besides all this when Dr. Kau was fixing two of my crowns, she was the most attentive, gentle, and yet precise dentist that has taken care of me over the years. She does not just go into your mouth without care or regard. She considers your comfort level as well and your safety. They checked my blood pressure and made accommodations according to my blood pressure. While all of this was happening they also made me laugh and feel very secure in their skills and use of the latest technology. My crowns were created through digital scanning instead of the old school method. Because of this use of technology, there was a lot less tugging on my mouth, and less pain, and less tiredness of my jaws. Additionally, I also got my teeth whitened on a separate occasion and Dina was the best. She took care of all of my comfort, made sure my mouth was protected and all areas were covered. My teeth are so white and beautiful. I had my teeth whitened in Southern California before, but the process was more painful and the results were not as beautiful as when Dina did my whitening. Amazing. Down to earth. Kind. Funny. I cannot say enough. LOL. I wish I could see them every day just to hang out.

I feel very cared for here and the women working here are excellent at what they do. They give the best advice for teeth cleaning and provide me with the best quality of floss and brushes. I came to Infinite Smile to have all my top teeth worked on. I thought I would have to go with dental implants but Dr. Kau said she could save my teeth by replacing all the crowns. I am soooooo happy with the results, the crowns look amazing!
Everyone in the office is extremely nice which makes it enjoyable to go to the dentist. Angie was especially great, she would constantly check on how I'm doing and offer me things to make my time in the chair more comfortable. I've always dealt with anxiety going to the dentist, but not here, they made it so comfortable.

I just had a dental implant surgery. To be honest I was a little scared before the surgery. However, the doctor Kau's team was very professional, especially the assistant Angie, who constantly encouraged and comforted me during the surgery. It made me feel very warm. The entire surgery went smoothly and there was no unbearable pain.

I’ve been to so many dental offices, Dr Kau is very conservative with her diagnosis. Basically if it’s not hurting and it’s still chewing let’s watch it for now is her diagnosis. And let’s fix what needs to be fixed. Her assistant Angie was so empathetic to your feelings as treatment is being done. Also the chair with massage and heat is the frosting on my cake I will definitely have my family and friends all come to Infinite smile Dental. The rooms are so clean.

I've avoided the dentist for far longer than I'm willing to admit; I ALWAYS dreaded going to my old dentist as long as I can remember.

I needed to get some work done, and like a true man, waited until I had an actual problem that needed attending to, including what I expected was an urgent wisdom tooth extraction.

I signed up with Infinite Smile Dental earlier this week and they were able to see me before the weekend. From the second I walked into their office, I was treated with the enthusiasm and warmth of someone who had been a loyal 10-yea r client.

Angie was the dental assistant who worked with me and she did an amazing job making me feel informed and comfortable. I did end up needing my wisdom tooth extracted and I was very anxious about the procedure. Dr. Kau worker her magic and I didn't feel a thing! I even said "Oh, it's done already?!" Crazy.

I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff. I literally mean every. single. employee. was so kind and engaging. I'm finally looking forward to my next appointment to show them the progress I make on my dental hygiene! Thank you Infinite Smile Dental team!

I started seeing doctor Kau since I moved to the area a few years before Covid. I did my invisalign teeth alignment, and implant here over the years successfully. They moved from the old place to here recently. Doctor Kau is patient, easy going, professional and kind. She explains the treatment clearly until you fully understand it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Front desk is efficient and professional. They use email, text and phone call confirmation to ensure the accurate appointment and easy to manage from the patient side. Highly recommended for folks living in the area.

I have been seeing Dr. Kau for several year now, she has working on straightening my teeth with Invisalign and also provided care for a recent root canal. I have a genuine fear of drilling sounds on my teeth and Dr. Kau has always been mindful providing me extra numbing and being very cautious of checking pain in between drilling.

Cannot recommend enough how amazing my experience has been here for the last several years!

Every single interaction I've had with Dr. Kau, and her entire team, has been wonderful. From the minute they answer the phone, to how you are care for while you're there, they are professional, skilled and genuinely care. Dr. Kau has helped me with an Invisalign treatment that I've been putting off for years. She made it easy and it even helped a terrible TMJ issue I've dealt with my entire life, which was an unexpected benefit. The new office is so beautiful too - clean, bright and everything has been updated! The office team is great (high five to Shannon!) and their hygienists and assistants are wonderful (shout out to Cassidy!). Anyhow, if you're looking for a new dental office, and I've tried many over my lifetime, look no further.

First time at Dr. Kau's new office! The place is very organized and clean. I had Angie as my assistant who was very kind and careful with my teeth. They have individual rooms for each patient which is an upgrade from the previous place; it offers a private space which is nice! I will add that I enjoyed listening to the selection of music being played while I was waiting. Overall, it was a good experience!

I just had one of the best experiences at the dentist ever! Dr. Kau is such a pro, and her staff treated me like family. The office is so clean and comfortable- I almost felt like I was at a spa. The dental tech who worked with me, Angie, was professional, attentive, and kind. Sometimes I get nervous for dental work, but Angie and Dr. Kau put me completely at ease. I give this dental practice my highest possible recommendation!

I am usually anxious when seeing the dentist but my experience at Dr Kau's was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a serious TMJ issue and was getting botox shots in my head at the hospital to help ease grinding and discomfort from misalignment and constant headaches. Dr. Kau confidently stated a procedure involving Invisalign could help realign my bite by shifting my teeth back. Under Dr. Kau's care, my teeth are now straight and ALL of my prior TMJ symptoms are gone!!! I am so impressed with everything Dr Kau has done for me - every procedure is done with such gentle and thorough care. I wholeheartedly recommend her! Also, the new office has lots of parking!

Since Covid started I have been quite scared with getting any dental work done, but it was definitely needed. I wanted to use my delta dental benefits as well find a dentist that will truly understand my dental needs. After a long thorough search on google, I stumbled upon Kimberly Kau’s dental office. Her staff was very professional, accommodating and provided me with the dental appointment times that worked best with my unpredictable work schedule. I have had about three dental appointments with her and it's been far beyond great. Her new office is clean, up to date to Covid standards and I love how they are still requiring masks. I really appreciate the patience, accommodations and advice her dental team has provided me to have healthy teeth. It's easy for just anyone, to walk into just any chosen dental office, and ask for their (hopefully) biannual teeth cleaning. It's NOT so easy when you're a mother of 3, your 6/7 year old son is astoundingly afraid of the dentist, and he has a narrow palate, an underbite, and crooked teeth! Yet, that was the obstacle my very own mother faced with me, 15 years ago.

On our short (but what seemed like forever) drive from our Dublin home to the Pleasanton office, my mom had me practicing how to swallow spit with my mouth open, just to distract me. I was doing intervals in the back seat, as my mother continued to play along so I wouldn't think about being scared. Come to realize, I didn't even need that skill, Ana the dental assistant always vacuums out the saliva, and the newer assistants are very much the same, but that was clever mom!

For the next 7 years my mother never had to guess or wonder about any dental work it would take to reconstruct my genetically disastrous mouth, which she blames on my father - she's 100% right. Just had a phenomenal and gentle cleaning! The team also has a great demonstration of care for the covid procedures!

Excitingly, they updated the X-ray technology so getting those done is 10x easier now! So great to see this practice thriving!

Dr. Kau is a great dentist!  Always does a thorough checkup, and never tries to do non-essential work to drive up billings.

An awesome experience. Dr Kau was amazing and did terrific work on my teeth. She was patient, listened, helpful, and extremely nice. I needed some cleaning after not visiting a dentist for a while. I was a new patient that her office quickly took in. The staff was very friendly, the office was clean and inviting and the attention received from the entire team was wonderful. Highly recommend this office and specifically Dr Kau for all the people that are nervous about going to the dentist.

My entire family saw Dr Kau and we were very happy. Currently, she only take care my husband, my youngest daughter and myself. She care about us. In the past she open her office on a Monday just to take care myself. I had a severe toothache. My husband mouth and teeth are very bad and she has done above and beyond to help him. Outstanding Doctor and smart ladies with her partner they have an excellent corporation.
